InSite360’s administration section contains multiple lists that help track vital information in one easy to use interface. These items can be delegated individually based on permissions and help the company keep control of assets, lien waivers and certificates of insurance
The licenses section provides a listing of the states that a company is licensed in as well as the type of certificate, license status, number, expiration date, and renewal information. Links can be provided so that more information can be found about any of the listed licenses.
The credit cards section shows all credit cards issued with the company. This section displays the card number, provider information, status of the card, credit limit, and the person to whom the card is assigned. This feature makes it easy to track and organize your company resources.
The mobile phones section displays a one-stop listing of all mobile phones within the company including each unit's number, model, provider, plan information, and who the phone is assigned to. This allows you to easily keep track of the devices within your company.
The technology section lists your company’s technology devices such as desktop computers and laptops that are issued to employees. Information about the make, model, condition, warranty, and person assigned to each device are kept here.
